This residence in Kohuwala, Colombo, was created for a family of four who desired a luxurious interior. The design incorporates modern furniture with a golden finish and brass-plated elements, along with a brick wall to showcase an antique texture. The 4500-square-foot home features a kitchen, bar, dining area, living area, and swimming pool. White and bright colours create an elegant appearance, while an increased number of sculptures add impressive elements. The first-floor library area was designed to provide a welcoming and visually striking space.

Located in Nawala, Colombo, this modern house is home to a family of four, both of whom are attorneys. The design adheres to a contemporary interior theme characterized by clean lines, neutral colours, and functionality. Open floor plans and ample natural light enhance the sense of space, with furniture designed for multi-functional use. The focus is on simplicity, functionality, and a modern aesthetic.
TWIN PEAK MODERN APARTMENT INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT AT COLOMBO 07, SRI LANKA
This apartment in Colombo 07 was reconfigured to suit the lifestyle of a busy family while maintaining its grandeur. The client desired a modern and simple interior design within a specified budget. Wall panels were minimized, and colours were added to the walls to achieve a luxurious look. Decorative items, a comfortable sofa, and maroon accent chairs were chosen, along with a marble dining table. The apartment features three bedrooms, including one for closets, a master bedroom, and a visitor’s room, all designed with modern furniture and decorative elements for a luxurious finish.

Designed for a young couple and their child who appreciate nature, silence, and peace, this modern residence in Kadana features open spaces and seamless integration between rooms. The presence of art throughout the house was a key element of the project. The simple and horizontal design reveals the structural complexity, with visible elements forming an integral part of the architectural design. Wood, concrete, art, and nature combine to create a light yet imposing composition. The glass facade reflects the sunset, imparting a golden hue to the walls, while each room frames nature.

This modern luxury apartment in Havelock City, Colombo, caters to a businessman who sought a truly luxurious experience. The design prioritizes comfort alongside luxurious elements. Handpicked furniture, colour palettes, materials, and accessories were carefully selected to create warm and comforting spaces. The apartment features three bedrooms, including a king-size bed with a fabric headboard, a dressing table, TV cabinet, and spacious closets with a dedicated dressing area and shoe rack. The design ensures a truly luxurious living experience.
