Despite the tough economic situation in Sri Lanka during this period, which included the Easter Bombing and the COVID-19 pandemic, Jayasuriya and her team were able to sell all 242 apartments in the project before completion. Moreover, they were also able to commence the Deed of Transfer process and hand over the apartments to their respective owners.
