Q. What role has innovation played in devising the company’s operations strategy?
We had to take various steps to continue our business operations without hindrance during the COVID-19 pandemic. The work from home concept was introduced to manage such operations smoothly while securing a safe environment for our staff members. With the lessons learned from the pandemic, SLICL is now planning to take this operational change to its next level by introducing the Virtual Branch Concept & Smart Branch concept in the coming year to provide an efficient service to our clientele.
WIth the virtual branch concept, Though there is no branch physically, all business operations will be carried out using online means. Smart branches will be opened in selected areas where we are planning to use state-of-the-art technology to provide a better experience for our customers.
Finally, as a customer-centric Life Insurance Provider, We will make continuous efforts to improve our service levels through innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
