Despite being able to learn the fundamentals of marketing from an MNC background, my short time at Atlas Axillia gave me far greater opportunities to make a positive impact. Being given the trust and freedom towards conducting my responsibilities without any boundaries or prohibitions set in place allows me more space towards creating successful results for the company. As a young consumer, I admire purpose-led brands, and the fact that I can lead such purpose-led brands through Atlas and Innovate gives me satisfaction. As a young leader, I’ve been given the confidence to build my creativity, my own sense of purpose, and team culture, which I haven’t been exposed to elsewhere – and I find myself thriving at Atlas Axillia because of this.
