AIA Insurance is proud to have won the ‘Best Organisational Culture’ award at the ‘Top50’ Professional and Career Women Awards 2021 recently held in Colombo. Initiated in 2011 by Women in Management (WIM), this programme is now supported by Women in Work – a partnership between the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the government of Australia. The awards aim to identify and honour the trailblazing achievements of women and women-led organisations in Sri Lanka, and every year with the strong line up of applicants the task of evaluating the applicants has become increasingly difficult feat.
